At Lunorest, we're confident you'll love your CoolRest pillow. That's why we offer a 30-Night Comfort Promise on all purchases.
How It Works
Sleep on your CoolRest pillow for up to 30 nights. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be in its original condition (normal use wear is fine)
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@lunorest.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@lunorest.com. We'll send a free replacement right away.
